  As lovers of good cuisine and pleasant decor from France to Italy to London to New York City to the Upper Delaware River Valley region and living across the river in New York State, we are 9 miles on a twisting road from The Fork in Shohola, PA. We have tried just about every restaurant in the 2-state region and have found some very good ones. There is none better than the service, taste and exceptional cuisine of The Fork. The two house-made salad dressings might even be a reason to dine there.

  This amazing James Beard awarded establishment, owned and operated by the lovely and talented Sharon and Chef Peter Daniel, is a hidden gem far off the beaten path yet known by every local. The addition of a bar and bar menu just make it easier to want to go. Everything we've ever had has been delicious, just make sure to find an excuse to order some chicken with black beans (small dish)
